Kharkhoda is under development and developed by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). IMT Kharkhoda industrial area site is spread over 3217.19 acres area. HC Notice to Haryana on Kharkhoda Plot Allotment
The petitioner has wanted directions to the authorities to allot plots as per his claim in terms of the land pooling theme and to permit him to use for allotment in terms of the advertisements being issued by HSIIDC to allot plots by draw of tons to the petitioner as per his claim in terms of the land pooling theme.
The petitioner’s land placed in village Rampur in Sonipat was non-heritable by the state for HSIIDC through a notification dated April one, 2010 for developing IMT Kharkhoda. A complete of around 3300 acres of land was to be non-heritable.
